About Our Care Team

Dockside Psychiatry Clinic PLLC partners with independently contracted clinicians who provide services through the practice. All clinicians maintain their own professional licenses and exercise independent clinical judgment in the treatment they provide.

To support high-quality, coordinated care, Dockside offers clinical consultation and mentorship opportunities and shared clinic locations. These resources foster collaboration while preserving professional autonomy and continuity of care for patients.

Dockside Psychiatry Clinic PLLC also partners with Emote Health, an independent practice management organization, to provide non-clinical administrative services, including billing and practice management.

Natalie Dreyfoos, DNP

Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Clinic Founder & Owner

Welcome,

I’m Dr. Natalie Dreyfoos, a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), and board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I am the Founder and Owner of Dockside Psychiatry Clinic PLLC. I provide psychiatric care under my own professional license and exercise independent clinical judgment, shaped by more than a decade of experience across medical and psychiatric settings.

Before founding Dockside Psychiatry Clinic, I spent six years in inpatient care at Overlake Hospital Medical Center, working as both a medical oncology nurse and a psychiatric nurse. This work grounded my approach in patient advocacy, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a deep respect for the ways physical illness and emotional distress often intersect.

I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from Seattle University, where I was recognized as a Jonas Scholar for my commitment to advancing psychiatric nursing and strengthening collaboration between psychiatry and primary care. My training continues to inform my emphasis on thoughtful diagnosis, shared decision-making, and whole-person care.

My advanced practice career began in child and adolescent psychiatry, where I provided comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and family-centered support in private practice. I later transitioned into psycho-oncology at Fred Hutch Cancer Center, serving as a consult-liaison psychiatric nurse practitioner for patients and families across the cancer continuum. This work deepened my commitment to supporting individuals navigating complex medical experiences alongside mental health concerns—a focus that remains central to my practice today.

At Dockside Psychiatry Clinic, I care for adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, and the psychological impact of cancer and medical illness. I see patients in Seattle and Duvall and offer an individualized, compassionate approach designed to help you feel understood, supported, and actively engaged in your care.

I value open communication and invite questions throughout the treatment process. My goal is for you to feel informed, respected, and empowered as we work together toward healing, meaning, and growth.

Warmly,

Dr. Natalie Dreyfoos

Anna Sears, DNP

Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Hi,

I’m Dr. Anna Sears, a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), and board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I provide care through Dockside Psychiatry Clinic PLLC. I practice under my own professional license and exercise independent clinical judgment in the care I provide.

Before my work as a nurse practitioner, I spent six years as a registered nurse on an inpatient oncology unit at University of Washington Medical Center. In this role, I cared for individuals facing new cancer diagnoses, medical complications, and end-of-life concerns. These experiences shaped my approach to care and reinforced the importance of attending to both physical and emotional well-being with compassion and respect.

I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from Seattle University and completed the University of Washington Advanced Practice Psychiatric Provider Fellowship. Through this fellowship, I gained broad clinical experience across inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, emergency psychiatric care, and specialized psychiatric care for oncology patients.

My approach to care is holistic and collaborative. I tailor treatment to each individual and may incorporate medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle-based interventions, and evidence-based over-the-counter supplements when appropriate. I value shared decision-making and work alongside you to ensure your care aligns with your preferences, values, and goals.

I welcome questions at any point—whether about the intake process, ongoing care, or navigating the mental health care system. My goal is for you to feel supported, respected, and actively engaged in your treatment.

Warmly,

Dr. Anna Sears
