Psychiatric Evaluations
Your first appointment (s) will focus on a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation. During this process, your clinician will gather relevant psychiatric and medical history to better understand your symptoms, concerns, and goals for care. This evaluation forms the foundation for diagnostic clarification and thoughtful treatment planning.
Initial evaluations are typically 60–90 minutes in length and are usually completed over one to three visits, depending on clinical needs and clinician recommendations.

Medication Management
After the diagnostic evaluation, follow-up visits may include medication management and/or psychotherapy. These sessions typically last 20–50 minutes, with visit frequency tailored to your needs—ranging from weekly to every three months—based on treatment goals, clinical stability, and clinician recommendations.
