The first session will be an initial diagnostic evaluation, which includes gathering psychiatric and medical history to understand your symptoms and concerns. This assessment will provide the basis for diagnostic clarification and treatment planning moving forward. This evaluation is typically 60-90 minutes in length and is completed within 1-2 visits.

Following the diagnostic evaluation, clients will be seen for medication management and brief psychotherapy sessions lasting 20-50 minutes. These follow up appointments range in frequency (between weekly to every 3 months) depending on each client’s goals and clinical stability.
